Platform Migration Authorization
Purpose
Xennial Digital has announced that the Xennial Digital XR Platform will be discontinued and will stop functioning in early April.
To ensure continued access to existing immersive learning applications, AttainXR and QR Studio are offering a transition program that enables participating organizations to migrate their existing applications and user environment to the QR Studio platform.
This page authorizes AttainXR and QR Studio to begin that migration process.
Migration Overview
As part of this transition program:
- Existing VR applications will be updated to connect to the QR Studio platform
- The new platform environment will be populated with existing user accounts
- Available analytics and usage data will be migrated where technically feasible
The migration process will typically occur in stages:
- Platform setup and administrator access
- Validation with one instructor and student group
- Activation of student users and broader deployment
Migration is performed on a best-efforts basis due to differences between platforms and legacy system constraints.
Authorization
By submitting this form, the organization authorizes:
- AttainXR to coordinate the transition and establish the commercial relationship for continued platform and application access.
- QR Studio to perform the technical work required to migrate applications, user accounts, and associated platform data to the QR Studio platform.
This authorization allows QR Studio to begin the transition process.
Invoicing and Commercial Terms
AttainXR will send an invoice that serves as the order form confirming any agreed subscription terms for platform access and associated applications.
The invoice will establish the commercial relationship between the organization and AttainXR, with QR Studio as a subcontractor.
Platform access credentials and administrative onboarding will follow confirmation of the order.
Data and Privacy
User account information and usage data may be transferred as part of the migration process where technically feasible.
The QR Studio platform is designed to support educational institutions and may store student-related data consistent with applicable privacy practices, including FERPA considerations where applicable.
